Cost of Science – Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center wanted to reach donors with a story showing “where the money goes” in cancer research. The Cost of Science follows one research project, led by Dr. Colleen Delaney, where cord blood stem cells are replicated for transplant use in patients with leukemia and other life-threatening blood diseases. Kevin Smith produced and directed the piece, with Ben Pohl providing editorial and graphics. Nick Denke composed the musical score.
