Pocket Dolly

The Pocket Dolly from Kessler is a compact camera slider that features a unique crank and belt system that provides smooth camera movements and a dramatic look without breaking the budget. This slider is great for smaller format cameras, such as, Canon 5D, 7D, or 60D and can also be used with cameras as large as the Panasonic HVX-200. It can be mounted on a tripod or set on a tabletop. With its all-in-one design you’ll be free to move around and get a variety of shots in the time it would take to just lay out a few feet of traditional dolly track. Check out their product video:

Eye Direct

The Eye Direct is a device that works similarly to a teleprompter but instead of displaying text on the screen, a series of mirrors allow the director’s face to be displayed in front of the lens. This allows the subject to talk directly into the lens while still displaying the emotions and reactions you expect from a person-to-person conversation.
