Meet The Team

In the seven years Abby has been at Victory, she knows far more information about closed captioning and DVD authoring than she ever thought existed, so if you're in need of either of those services - she's your gal. Oh and also she's one of the curators and editors for Victory's original program Band in Seattle, which airs on King 5 Sunday night at 11:30pm. When you call the main line, you'll most likely get her answering the phone, so make sure not to call her Debbie or Gabby, because it's not her name.

Besides drinking water, Aaron enjoys diving into the technical side of filmmaking from lens aberrations and diffraction, to the science behind lighting and the function of retroencabulators. Outside of work, he spends his time doing 3d modelling and animation, music composition, and painting miniatures.

Ian enjoys working with audio both analog and digital, old and new; whether it’s preserving old recordings on obsolete physical formats or producing something new. Outside of work, he continues exploring these interests with music and old analog synthesizers and other digital audio experimentation.

Randy Stalcup brings over a decade of expertise engineering video experiences for concerts with video walls and running mobile cameras and directing just about any comedian or band you can imagine.. He does this while also living a double life as a lighting designer with several feature length films under his belt. Now managing the studios and rentals department at Victory Studios Randy works to refine operations to better meet the needs of clients, having also recently overhauled the look of the syndicated Victory Studios Original Television show "Band in Seattle" with projection based lighting

The resident jack of all trades, master of none. Porter handles building maintenance, assists with the rentals department, occasional equipment operator for video productions, and often makes repairs to odds and ends throughout our equipment inventory. 

 I have over thirty years of experience on the accounting side of two great Seattle ad agencies and for the past seven years have been the bookkeeper for a fabulous restaurant in Seaside, OR. 
I’m married with two adult children and a dog and cat I like to spoil.  I love working in my yard and enjoy interior decorating as a hobby, and a great glass of Syrah with dark chocolate is always welcome!
