Scott started at the Victory Studios in 1991. He has a Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University in Electronics Engineering Technology. In addition to the Victory Studios, Scott has worked for KBYU-TV and as well freelance for sports remote broadcasts. Scott has been instrumental in the development of the Digital and High Definition capabilities of the Victory Studios.
