• Full Day (8:30 am - 5 pm) with Cyc-Lights: $975

• Half Day (4 hours and under) with Cyc-Lights: $725

• Paint: Floor can be guaranteed clean white for 50 cents a square foot or $500 for the whole room

Studio 1 offers an expansive 2,600 sq. ft. shooting space with curved Cyc walls. The 60'x 30' white Cyc, with a 13' height (to the grid), provides a versatile backdrop for most productions. Our studio includes 8 Rotolight Titan X2 Cyc-lights, which can change the wall to any color temperature or hue, including green, without the need for paint. We can also paint the studio any color you wish.

• Power: 200 Amp 3-phase power with a total of 600 Amps, including 100 amp bates pin cables and breakout boxes for an electrified grid and general ground level power.

• Climate Control: HVAC system with on/off control, piped in from outside the room with sound baffling to keep the studio cool and quiet.

• Connectivity: 500mbps up and down Wi-Fi.

• Amenities: 3 dressing rooms with professional grade illuminated vanity mirrors, a full kitchen with 2 fridges, brushed metal double sink, oven, coffee maker, and microwave.

• Soundproofing: Sound-treated with double-thick sheetrock and insulation walls, sound and blackout curtains on a rail system that can be pulled around the whole room, and a foam-spray ceiling to absorb sound bounce.

• Additional Spaces: Furnished green room/control room with a window into the studio. Use of the lobby for craft services also available.

• Access: Full stage light grid and a 12.5'x13' garage door with a sound barrier that leads straight into the studio
